Christmas!

Roman's first Christmas:)

Raquel made and wrapped this present for me all by herself. Inside was a box of drawings she had done. Very sweet:)

Raquel got a Strawberry Shortcake doll and three of her friends.

Gideon sat in his chair eating for over half an hour while we read the Christmas story and opened presents. He didn't care that he didn't get any- as long as we kept the food coming.

Finally it was his turn!

Thanksgiving 2011

First snow/sickness/surgery

On November 10th we woke up to a beautiful sight

It didn't last very long and melted quickly, but it was fun to watch during breakfast

Poor Raquel had a couple days of a stomach bug and spent a lot of time on the couch with a bucket.

Dylan got his wisdom teeth pulled and was drugged up for a few days. This picture is of him on the way home from the surgeon. When we got home he watched a movie. Later on he asked me how he got home and he didn't remember any of the movie that he had seen.

Catching up- Fall Fun

Raquel taped all those tubes together and made a boat. I guess she's sailing back to Asia-Pacific.

I went to eat lunch with Raquel and read a story to her class last week. Here she and her friend are waiting for all the other kids who get hot lunch:)
